Cader Ales

Cader Ales is a small family-run brewery based on the Marian Mawr industrial estate in Dolgellau, brewing cask and bottled real ales named after local landmarks including the Cader Idris massif that overlooks the town. Founded in 2012, the brewery draws its water from the surrounding hills and supplies pubs and shops across Gwynedd as well as selling direct from the brewery door. Tours for groups of five or more can be arranged in advance by contacting the brewers directly.
