Airworld Aviation Museum stands on the airfield of the former RAF Llandwrog, now Caernarfon Airport at Dinas Dinlle, Gwynedd. The hangar collection includes a Hawker Hunter, a D.H. Vampire and the only T2 BAe Harrier remaining worldwide, with sections on North Wales wartime airfields and the RAF Mountain Rescue Service, founded here in 1942. The hangar is unheated. Dogs welcome, free parking, gift shop, cafe reopened. Registered Charity 1136461.
