Causeway Books opened on Bushmills' Main Street after its previous owners closed The Bookshop in Coleraine in 2022, ending an eighteen-year run there before relocating eight miles up the coast road. The shop carries general secondhand stock weighted toward Irish and local history, alongside maps, travel writing, nature titles, and children's books, priced as much for passing coach trade from the Giant's Causeway as for collectors. It opens Monday to Saturday, ten till five, and closes on Sundays. Stock turns over through part-exchange and house clearances rather than a curated new-book list. It remains one of the few dedicated secondhand bookshops left on the north Antrim coast.
