Restaurant occupying the former home of the Bushmills Distillery owners, its three interconnecting rooms retaining original features from the building's time as a coaching inn and pub. Chef Gary Stewart's kitchen serves modern European brasserie dishes built around seasonal, local produce, with the restaurant open Wednesday to Sunday evenings and Sunday lunch.
