Cre8 is a paint-your-own-pottery and art studio on Whittons Lane in central Towcester, running since 2019 as an independent, single-site business. Visitors choose from a range of blank ceramics, decorate them in-house from a wide selection of glazes, and return to collect the finished pieces once they have been kiln-fired. The studio takes hand and footprint keepsakes for new parents, hosts children's parties and adult craft evenings, and sells take-home painting kits for groups given advance notice. Sessions are walk-in friendly during opening hours, typically ten until four, with staff on hand to guide first-timers through technique and colour choice. It is a small, locally owned creative space rather than a franchise, and one of a cluster of independent makers and studios that have taken root in the town. Booking is advised for larger groups and events.
