Sangita Tryner opened Delilah in July 2005 and moved it into a former Victorian banking hall on Victoria Street, where the marble and the mezzanine now serve the deli trade at full theatrical scale: more than a hundred and fifty cheeses, charcuterie cut to order, and sixty-eight seats for those who cannot wait to get their purchases home.
