Ebb & Flo is a family-run independent bookshop that has traded in Chorley since 2013, moving to its current St Thomas's Road premises in March 2025. The shop hosts author events in partnership with the local library and helps run What's Your Story, Chorley, an annual literary festival held each March, alongside a general stock of new books for adults and children.
