Tea room in a Grade II listed cottage on the Penshurst Place estate, serving cream teas, cakes and light lunches since around 1930. The building has also worked as a saddler's shop over the centuries. Seating is inside low-beamed rooms or in a small garden, popular with walkers on nearby footpaths.
