The Golden Eagle is a small freehouse on Marylebone Lane, rebuilt in 1890 and listed on CAMRA's National Inventory of Historic Pub Interiors for its Victorian etched-mirror bar-back. Landlady Gina Vernon and her family have run it for more than 30 years, keeping cask ales including London Pride and Tribute alongside two rotating guests. Pianist Tony Pearson has led sing-along evenings on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday nights since the late 1980s.
