Patricia Michelson began selling cheese from a Highbury garage in the early 1990s and built La Fromagerie into one of London's great cheesemongers — the Marylebone shop on Moxon Street, opened in 2002, is built around a walk-in cheese room where the cheeses are kept and tasted, with a deli and café alongside.
