Jensen's Gin

A small gin distillery under a railway arch in Bermondsey, founded by Christian Jensen in 2004 after research into London's lost 18th-century gin recipes. It produces a London Dry Gin and an Old Tom Gin, made in small batches on site using traditional pot stills and classic botanicals.
