La Boheme

La Boheme is a family-run French restaurant on Mill Lane in Heatley, on the edge of Lymm. It has been held by the same family for around two decades, with Olivier Troalen heading the kitchen and traditional French cooking at the core of the menu. Service is spread across lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday, with the kitchen closed Mondays and Tuesdays, and the format runs to set-price lunches and Sunday lunch alongside the a la carte. The dining room occupies a converted Mill Lane building rather than a modern fit-out, and the restaurant works as a destination for occasion meals from across the Warrington and Lymm area. It is a single-site independent restaurant, not part of a group or chain.
