Oeuf Café

A brunch and breakfast café opened on 1 October 2020 by Amber Sterck in a former Indian restaurant unit on Third Avenue, close to Hove seafront. Sterck, who spent twelve years working in restaurant chains before going solo, renovated the space herself, hand-painting walls and reupholstering chairs, and built the menu around Parisian-inspired brunch dishes and tabletop toasters for build-your-own toast.
