Berrisons Delicatessen opened on Church Road in Hove on 1 November 2024, run by husband-and-wife team Craig and Lisa after a decade living locally. The shelves carry Sussex suppliers not found in the supermarkets: cakes and pastries from Real Patisserie, pork pies and sausage rolls from the Sausage Roll Kitchen, and coffee roasted in Brighton by Pelicano. A chiller counter holds cured meats and cheeses alongside hot sauces, preserves and condiments from small producers. The shop runs supplier introduction evenings and cheese-and-wine tastings, and has hosted fermentation workshops covering kimchi and kombucha. Craig's background is in procurement and logistics, Lisa's in food marketing, and the deli was built around their contacts from years in the trade.
