Olive & Co. occupies a timber cabin at Siblyback Lake Country Park, leased from the South West Lakes Trust that manages the reservoir. Roxy and Lee run the café with their daughter Olive, who gave the business its name, baking cakes and traybakes on site from organic ingredients with no preservatives. Coffee is Origin, the Cornish roaster, ground to order for espresso and batch filter. Breakfast and lunch are served to walkers, paddleboarders and cyclists using the surrounding trails, with a deck overlooking the water for fair weather. A summer ice-cream hut adds vegan scoops to the usual flavours, and the kitchen caters to dairy-free and gluten-free diets without fuss. Buffets and platters are available for groups, alongside a mobile coffee van for events beyond the lake.
