Peel House Bedand Breakfast Girvan

Peel House Bed and Breakfast occupies Girvan's former police station on Montgomerie Street, a building put up in 1923 for the Ayrshire County force and used by Police Scotland until 2014. Owners Chris and Lisa converted the sergeant's former living quarters into two guest rooms after buying the building, keeping some original features rather than stripping the interior back to a generic finish. Four former cells remain in another part of the building and may be developed into further accommodation in future.
