Pinsents Deli

Pinsents Deli fills a corner unit on Market Place in Castle Cary, stocking cheese and charcuterie from the West Country alongside artisan products brought in from across Europe. Wine, ale, cider and spirits come via The Somerset Wine Company. The counter turns out fresh salads and sandwiches daily, plus soups and hot pots for lunch, and freshly roasted coffee and pastries for anyone stopping in earlier. The deli shares ownership with a sister shop, The Tisbury Delicatessen, over the county line in Wiltshire. It opens Monday to Saturday, 9am to 4pm, and closes on Sundays.
