The Factory Craft Shop occupies a single industrial unit on the Wakehurst estate in Ballymena, run by Gloria Alexander and stocked with wool, ribbon, thread, tissue paper, floral supplies and general art and craft materials. Regular customers come for knitting wool restocks and seasonal craft supplies rather than finished artwork, and staff give advice on projects at the counter. The shop keeps weekday and Saturday opening hours only.
