Granny ShawsFudge Factory

A fudge and confectionery maker on the site of the 200-year-old Raceview Mill in Broughshane, with a recipe the business traces back to 1892. Visitors can watch fudge being hand-cut and wrapped in the on-site factory shop, which also sells preserves, sweets and gift boxes made in small batches.
