Sixty-three rooms range from simple singles to executive doubles and suites, all with memory-foam mattresses and wet-room bathrooms rather than a uniform corporate finish. A cooked breakfast is available for an extra charge, alongside secure parking, free wifi and a coffee-and-work space aimed at daytime visitors as much as overnight guests. Pets are welcome for a small nightly fee, unusual among hotels of this size in the city. Day-use rooms can be booked separately from overnight stays, a detail more common among smaller independents than branded chains. The hotel has built its reputation on continuous trading from the same site, remaining outside the big hotel groups that dominate much of Sheffield's city-centre accommodation.
