Coffee roasters based in the Scottish Borders, with a shop at 23 High Street, Selkirk, opened in 2018 to show off their roasting and to train wholesale customers' staff on state of the art machinery. In 2024 they completed a three-year project creating a larger roastery and a dedicated lab for teaching, testing and cupping, running SCA barista courses and hireable for tasting events. Open Tuesday to Friday 9 to 4, Saturday from 9.30.
