Burt's Hotel

Burts Hotel occupies an 18th century listed building on Melrose's market square in the Scottish Borders. The Henderson family have owned and managed it for over 50 years, and oversee the food and wine across the restaurant and brasserie. Bedrooms sit above; Thistledo, a self-catering cottage, is let separately. Guests arrive for walking, cycling, fishing, golf and shooting, or on business.
