4T's Brewery

4T's Brewery is a single-site independent brewery on the Manor Industrial Estate in Latchford. John Wilkinson began brewing here in 2010, starting on a half-barrel kit in a domestic garage before moving to commercial premises and expanding to a five-barrel plant in 2012 and ten-barrel fermenting vessels in 2017. The brewery took its first CAMRA award in 2017. It produces a core range of cask ales alongside keg, bottled and canned beers, sold through the trade, an online shop and directly from site. A brewery tap operates on selected weekends most months, pouring four of the brewery's own cask ales plus guest kegs and cans, usually with a pop-up food option. The business remains independently owned and is not part of any pub company or group.
