A restaurant on the sand at Oxwich Bay, opened in 2016 by chef Hywel Griffith in a former coal store built into the dunes. It has held a Michelin star since 2020 and three AA Rosettes, with a menu built around Welsh produce including Gower salt marsh lamb, Penclawdd cockles and foraged coastal ingredients. Seating is limited and the dining room faces directly onto the beach.
