Môr serves a menu that changes most days depending on what its suppliers bring in, built around seafood and meat landed and reared within reach of Mumbles Road. Regular deliveries come from Tuckers Traditional Butcher, Coakleys Fish, W.R Bishop, Penlan Heritage Breeds, Atlantic Edge Oysters and Cheers Wine Merchants, all named on the restaurant's own supplier list. The room seats guests for lunch Thursday to Saturday and dinner Wednesday to Saturday, with the kitchen closed Sunday through Tuesday. Dogs are allowed with advance notice, and children are welcome, though the restaurant does not run a separate children's menu.
