Doghouse

The Doghouse trades from a narrow Mumbles Road frontage that opens back into a run of rooms most visitors do not expect from the street, built around a bar topped with driftwood-style timber and hung with work by local artists. The pub previously traded as Ty Cwrw, Welsh for beer house, before its current name and independent ownership took over. Live music plays on Friday evenings, and outdoor seating is set up across the road in Southend Gardens when weather allows. The Doghouse is closed on Mondays and opens from 4pm through the week, with weekend hours running from midday on Saturday and from 2pm on Sunday.
