Bellini's DeliKitchen

Bellini's Deli Kitchen has traded on Queen Street in Bude since 1998, building a delicatessen counter that now leans heavily on small Cornish and West Country producers. The shelves and chiller carry organic bread, charcuterie, smoked fish, cheeses, olives and cut meats, with a separate section for gin, rum, wine and coffee from regional distillers and roasters. Sandwiches and prepared food are made on site for takeaway through the day. Ownership has stayed independent since opening, and buying has shifted over recent years toward suppliers based within Cornwall and Devon rather than national wholesalers. It operates from a single premises in the town centre, a short walk from Bude's canal and seafront.
