Ebb & Flo is a family-run water-sports operator on the Cleethorpes seafront, based at 203 North Promenade and run as a community interest company by Toni-Ann and Vince Buckle-Weavers. It offers stand-up paddleboard and kayak lessons and hire on the North Prom beach, taking in the wide tidal sands and the Humber estuary. Sessions range from tasters and family outings to sunrise and sunset paddles and SUP yoga, with introductory adult lessons from around thirty-five pounds an hour and board hire for those who already paddle. Sit-on-top kayaks, available as singles and doubles, need no previous experience and suit exploring or gentle surf. Instruction covers children and adults, with equipment and buoyancy aids provided.
