Fred Elliott Butchers has traded on Bridge Street in Banbridge since the 1960s, supplying farm-assured beef, lamb, pork and chicken alongside a deli counter of salads, cooked meats, soups and pies. The shop is run as a family business and its recipes also supply an associated foodservice arm, Elliott's Tradition. It opens Monday to Saturday and is closed on Sundays.
