Gower Pots &Plants, Llangennith

Gower Pots & Plants is a family-run garden centre and tea room at Lower Hardingsdown Farm on the approach to Llangennith, previously trading under the name Gower Tree, Shrub and Plant Centre from the same yard. The single-site nursery sells trees, shrubs, bedding plants and pots, with staff giving planting advice suited to the exposed, salt-laden conditions common across western Gower. Its attached tea room serves cake, light lunches and cream teas to visitors among the polytunnels and display beds, open Wednesday to Sunday. The farm sits inland from Llangennith's surf beaches, giving it passing trade from gardeners and beach-goers alike travelling the peninsula's western tip. Stock rotates with the seasons, with bedding plants and hanging baskets prominent in spring and Christmas trees sold from the same yard each winter.
