Surveyed
Gary and Alison Walters set out in 2006 to bring brewing back to their home town, and by 2011 had turned a derelict Victorian railway shed of 1857 beside Ludlow station into a twenty-barrel brewery with a taproom in the rafters. The beers have taken national metal — a SIBA gold among them for Silent Knight, the milk stout — and the shed pours them seven days a week, a family operation from mash tun to bar towel.
