Robinsons Cider is made by the Robinson family, who have produced cider in North Herefordshire and the Teme Valley for more than two hundred years, trading from a single site in the village of Little Hereford. Cidermakers Robert and Angus Robinson use unsprayed cider apples from traditional local orchards, fermenting in stainless steel tanks to preserve the character of the fruit rather than mask it with additives. The range runs from Flagon Cider, sold on draught, to Orchard Reserve, a Fine Dry Vintage, and a 0.0% alcohol-free version. Production stays small-scale and independent, run from this one Herefordshire address rather than as part of a larger commercial cider operation.
