Castle Bookshop

Castle Bookshop has traded from 5 Castle Street, overlooking Ludlow's market square, since 1949, making it the oldest bookshop in Shropshire. Run today by Stanton Stephens, who joined the shop in 1989, it stocks fiction, local history, gardening and children's titles alongside stationery and greetings cards, and takes orders through the Hive independent bookshop network for customers who prefer to order online.
