Ludlow Distillery

Ludlow Distillery began distilling gin in 2018 and works from units at the Ludlow Farmshop site on the Bromfield Road, just north of the town. Using copper-pot stills, the team produces a dry gin alongside fruit and navy-strength gins, botanical vodka, rum, liqueurs and a single malt whisky laid down to age on site. The distillery is open to visitors most days, with guided tours running on weekday and weekend afternoons and a gin school on Fridays and Saturdays where guests distil and bottle their own gin from a wall of botanicals. Tastings and a shop sell the full range direct. It remains an independent Shropshire operation rather than part of a larger drinks group, and the working stills are visible during tours, making it a straightforward stop for anyone interested in small-batch spirits.
