Penrhos Spirits

A gin distillery on Penrhos Farm founded in 2018 by two farming families, distilling in a converted two-hundred-and-fifty-year-old calf shed using a copper still nicknamed Connie. The gin is made using surplus and imperfect fruit grown on the farm, and bottled in recycled aluminium rather than glass to cut packaging waste.
