SaltDog Marine

SaltDog Marine runs RIB boat seafari trips from a harbour beside Broughty Castle, taking passengers onto the Tay Estuary to view the V&A Dundee from the water along with grey seals and, when present, bottlenose dolphins. Founded by Ian Ashton in 2023, the operation runs an April-to-November season, with each outing lasting about an hour including a safety briefing and lifejacket fitting.
