Sgt Bilko's Collectables trades from a single unit in FarGo Village on Far Gosford Street, run by Steve Everitt, who has been a collector of film and television memorabilia since founding the British Phil Silvers Appreciation Society in 1984. The front of the shop sells Funko figures, vintage comics and general collectables; the back holds the Phil Silvers Archival Museum, opened on 1 November 2015 to mark the thirtieth anniversary of the actor's death. It is the only museum anywhere dedicated to Silvers, built from personal effects, photographs and memorabilia donated by his family. Museum visits are by advance booking rather than a walk-in ticket desk, and the shop itself keeps standard retail hours across the rest of the week, closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Together, the shop and archive make it a specialist, single-site stop.
