The Harbourfront Bistro occupies a timber-decked building on Newry Beach in Holyhead harbour, next to the Holyhead Maritime Museum. The licensed restaurant and bar serves contemporary British food built around Anglesey seafood, including sea bass and haddock and chips, alongside tapas-style starters. At high tide the water reaches beneath the deck, giving diners a direct view over the harbour toward the breakwater. The bistro is run day to day by its owner, known to regulars as Andy, and opens Wednesday to Sunday, with coffee service from 10:30am and kitchen hours running through lunch and dinner. It holds a 4.6 rating from several hundred Tripadvisor reviews and ranks among the top restaurants in Holyhead. The setting makes it a stop for ferry passengers as well as local diners, and the kitchen leans on Anglesey produce for its daily specials rather than a fixed printed menu.
