Angus Macleod and Usman Shaikh have run Tibo on Duke Street since 2006, with Macleod's son David as head chef. The kitchen changes its menu with the seasons, drawing on local produce for a mix of seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes served from breakfast through to early evening. A separate wine and drinks list runs alongside the food menu, and the dining room doubles as a venue for open mic nights and small exhibitions outside service hours. Duke Street has become one of Dennistoun's busier stretches for independent food and drink, and Tibo is counted among its longer-standing tenants, having opened well before much of the street's recent turnover of cafes and bars.
