Former Trinity House buoy depot at the meeting of the Thames and Bow Creek, redeveloped from 1998 by Urban Space Management into a creative site built around London's only lighthouse, stacked shipping-container studios known as Container City, and a permanent sound installation called Longplayer designed to run for a thousand years. The grounds are free to walk around and include artists' studios and a café.
