White Lodge Guest House occupies a property at 129 Drummond Road, a short walk from Skegness seafront, run by resident owners Mark and Yvonne Leeming. The seven en-suite letting bedrooms are split between family rooms with a double bed plus a single or bunks, double rooms with a power shower, and twin rooms with a bath and overhead shower; each has a flat-screen television, hairdryer and tea and coffee tray. Breakfast is cooked to order using Lincolnshire produce and served in a refurbished dining room, with a separate residents' lounge for guests to relax in. The house does not accept pets and operates a no-smoking policy throughout. Free parking and Wi-Fi are provided, and the Leemings handle bookings and hosting themselves rather than through outside staff.
