Woodshedding Beer Hall opened in 2024 at Lower Westcombe Farm near Evercreech, a few miles from Shepton Mallet, sharing a working dairy farm with Westcombe Dairy. Beer is brewed around a hundred yards away at the Woodshedding brewery and served in the hall through reclaimed handpumps for cask ales, alongside keg lines for other styles. Food is kept simple and local: sharing plates of Westcombe cheese, charcuterie and Landrace sourdough bread made on the farm. The hall opens only on Friday and Saturday afternoons and evenings, reflecting its small-scale, farm-based operation rather than standard pub hours. Pop-up food stalls and live music sessions are held periodically. The setting is unpolished and functional, built around the farm's existing yard and outbuildings rather than a purpose-built taproom.
