Belle Tout Lighthouse stands on the cliffs of Beachy Head, outside Eastbourne. Built in 1832, it now takes guests in six rooms, among them Keepers Loft, the lighthouse keeper's original sleeping quarters, and Captain's Cabin. There is a shared Lantern Room for sunsets, a guest lounge and a home-cooked breakfast. Adults only, 16 and over; the whole building, sleeping 12, can be hired.
