Cae Melwr Farm Shop sells produce direct from its own farm on the outskirts of Llanrwst, on Nebo Road, aiming to be mostly self-sufficient rather than buying in stock from elsewhere. The range includes home-reared free-range pork, chicken, lamb and beef, seasonal vegetables, free-range eggs, and home-made cakes, jams and pastries, sold from converted farm outbuildings. The shop has operated limited but consistent opening hours since it opened in 2013: Thursday afternoons and Friday and Saturday mornings into the afternoon. It draws custom from Llanrwst and the wider Conwy Valley for meat that has typically travelled only a short distance from field to counter, and for baked goods made on the premises rather than bought in.
