Evans & Son work from Walnut Tree Farm at Upper Shelton, near Marston Moreteyne, rearing their own meat and processing it in an on-farm abattoir, so it travels zero food miles. The shop sells steaks, mutton, lamb, pork, sausages, bacon, traditional hams, free range chickens, eggs and locally produced game in winter. Whole or half carcasses and freezer packs are made up to order. Open Tuesday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm.
