The family-run shop is an authorised Trek and Santa Cruz dealer, also stocking Amflow electric bikes, Wahoo smart trainers and cycling clothing and accessories. Staff carry out servicing, repairs, bike fitting and warranty work alongside sales, and the shop offers a cycle-to-work scheme through Cyclescheme for local employees. Marketing itself around three decades of selling bikes, the business positions itself against larger retail chains as a shop still run on family lines. It serves riders travelling from St Andrews, Guardbridge, Tayport and villages across north-east Fife for both leisure and commuting bikes. The shop is closed on Sundays, opening Monday to Saturday, and customers are encouraged to book ahead by phone or email for servicing work before visiting in person.
