A Grade I listed Tudor courtyard house on the edge of Llanrwst, bought as a ruin by its current owners in the 1990s and restored room by room over many years. It now operates as a two-room bed and breakfast alongside self-catering cottages, with breakfast served in the oak-panelled parlour and gardens open to day visitors.
