Tommy Heaney and his partner Nikki opened Heaneys on Romilly Crescent in October 2018, building the menu around seasonal produce, some of it grown in their own Chef's Garden. Next door, Uisce by Heaneys operates as a separate oyster and wine bar under the same ownership, extending the operation without expanding it into a second full restaurant. The dining room favours a relaxed, informal register over any sense of occasion, and Tommy still deals directly with the growers and producers supplying the kitchen.
