Hebron Vineyard grows Solaris and Rondo grapes on its own land near Whitland and ferments them without added yeast or filtration, using traditional clay tinajas rather than steel tanks. It holds certification as a regenerative vineyard from A Greener World, and runs tour, tasting, and tapas sessions alongside overnight accommodation on site.
