Erin Cullen opened Humphrey Bears Bakery on Commercial Way in Woking on 17 January 2026, naming the shop after her dog. Every pastry and cake sold is made on the premises daily, with the pastry section overseen by a baker who previously worked as a hotel pastry chef. The bakery buys its coffee beans from Cannon Roastery and its fruit and vegetables from a local supplier, Boz's, reflecting Cullen's aim to keep the business rooted in Woking rather than reliant on national wholesalers. She chose the town centre location because she felt it needed more independent shops among the chains on Commercial Way. As well as pastries, cakes and coffee to eat in or take away, the bakery takes cake orders and supplies wholesale customers. It is open daily from 8am to 4pm.
